"ISMs"

Hey everyone

Have you ever notice that "they" put "isms" on everything nowadays. I have just been diagnosed with having "Hyperthyroidism". OK so I have a hyper thyroid but why the "ism"? What's with that! I guess "they" just want to sound more professional.

By the way, have you ever wondered who is "they". What exactly do "they" do? Just wondering. If you have an answer please let me know.
